WHERE TO GET TRUE HAPPINESS

 All men are looking for true happiness, and we are all searching for it at every angle but to be wise we learn from the mistakes of those who have gone ahead of us because great men gathered information from the experience of others.King Solomon the great wise king wrote in Ecclassiasstes 1:1-11, he lamented of his folly and mistakes in thinking he could find joy and true happiness in things. Solomon has a great wisdom, he has great wealth, he has 700 wives and 300 concubines and never have true happiness, he discovered lately that all is vanity.

The question you be asking is that why should God allow him to go such way. The fact that God allow a thing does not mean he approve of it.one thing about God is that he will never force anything on you but will live man to his own personal choice.Because Solomon disobey God, his kingdom was taken away from him and given to his servant.1 King 11:11( wherefore the lord said unto Solomon, foreas much this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statues,which I have commanded thee,I will surely rend the kingdom from thee and will give it to thy servant).
WHAT ARE THOSE THINGS GOD COMMANDED SOLOMON?
Deuteronomy 17:14-20
Any one who will be king in Isreal must not:
* Amaze to himself horses
* Multiply to himself wives.
* Accumulate to himself silver and gold.
At the beginning of his reign he was obedient to the instruction of God but at his later end he deviated.
.WHAT WAS SOLOMON LAST WORD
Ecclesiastes 2:8-11, he acquired a lots, whatever his eye behold, they never brought him  true happiness, he said all is vanity.
Despite of the word and advice of Solomon, many people on earth have not learnt, we tend to look for true happiness and satisfaction in the fleeting pleasure and things of this world.
* human education
*sensual delight
* honour
*Power
*Riches
*Great possession etc.
At different junction in life these desires keep changing, it never end.We can reach all our goals and accomplish everything that our hearts dream of, but our heart will always feel empty unless we have that one thing that matters
The only thing that can satisfy that longing and yearing in our heart come from the only one who created our heart and that is God.
WHAT IS THAT ONE THING?
True happiness as stated in Matthew 6:33 ( but seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.)
That one thing that will bring true happiness  is THE KINGDOM OF GOD,
