 What do you understand as assignment? It is a task or a place of work that somebody is given you to do.it can also he refer to as what you are appointed to do.That is your destiny.

WHAT TO KNOW
* There are general assignment given to all men on earth hy God
* There is a specific assignment given to an individual by God.
* We all, will give account of our stewardship on our specific assignment ,reward and judgement will be based on your specific assignment.
WHY IS GOD INTERESTED ON HOW YOU PERFORM YOUR SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENT
God take special interest in how we perform our specific assignment because:
*He is the originator of the assignment
* He has a purpose for creating you and that purpose is inline with your specific assignment on earth.
* He has invested so much on you, he invested
* His Time
* His nature,
* His love
*His faith
* His integrity.etc.
All his investment on you is to make sure you fulfil your assignment on earth. We all will give account of our stewardship as to our assignment on earth.the way we spent our time in order to achieve our specific assignment is essential
WHAT DO YOU GAIN WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR ASSIGNMENT AND PURSUE :
1. You will get a clear and strong vision
2. There will be progressive upward movement in life.
3. You will become better and better everyday.
4. You will have a message
5.you will become fruithful
6.There will be recognition
7.You will receive blessings and you become a blessing.
HOW DO YOU KNOW YOUR SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENT
We were created with specific gifts and God deliberately input this into our life as a bonus for the achievement of our specific assignment on earth, look inward and check on what you do freely without a stress and you are always happy doing it.
* Stop running up and down going anywhere the wind blows.
* Seek the face of God to knoww what you are sent to this world to do
* Seek the help of the Holy Ghost for the fulfillment of your purpose.
After God created the heaven and the earth, he gave everything he has created a specific assignment of what to do that would make the earth condusive to live in.Genesis 1.
THE SUN
Genesis 1:16 the specific assignment given to the sun is to give light to the earth to differentiate the day from the the night.
THE MOON AND THE STARS
They were to rule in the night
THE LAND
The land specific assignment is to bring forth grass, tree yielding seed and tree yielding fruits
THE SEA AND THE RIVERS
Their own assignment is to produce moving creatures, like fishes and be their place of habitation.
THE FIRMAMENT
Its assignment is to divide the waters, the one above from the one below.
MAN
The assignment of man is a commandment from God not a suggestion and if man don't get the fact about this he is a failure, no matter what he achieved on earth..if any man deviate from this assignment by omissions or commission is a total disobedience to the commandment of God..
Let us examine this specific assignment for man:
1 To love his wife
Ephesians 5:25, Colossians 3:19, it is not a suggestion but a commandmen
HOW DO YOU LOVE YOUR WIFE
1. Nourish her that is you must keep her healthy and alive.
2.Cherish her,you must be ready all the time to protect her from any assault from your own family, friends etc, that is the reason God said in Genesis  ( so shall a man live
3.Cleave to her
4. Give yourself for her living
5. Don't be bitter with her
6. Make her become glorious without wrinkle and blameless
7.provide leadership to her and your children, you must know from today thay your children doesn't follow your word but the way you behave..
You are the head of your family and you must understand the responsibility of the head in a body
FUNCTIONS OF HEAD
there are so many parts in the body more than other parts of the body and they are for a specific assignmen.
1. THE BRAIN
This is the thinking falculty, you think for your family, give the right direction
2.THE EYES.
it to see,you are to show the way to follow for your family.
3.THE EARS
to hear
4.THE NOSE
To smell
5.THE MOUTH
To soeak
6. THE TONGUES
To taste
7. THE TEETH
To bite, cut and masticate.
The reason for so many divorce in marriages nowadays is because man has not really grap their specific assignment in the marriage. It is a real work that requires dedication and commitment and prayer.
THE WOMAN.
In GENESIS 2:18
These are the assignment given to woman and if follow to the letter there will be peace and progress in a family.
1. She is a helpmeet ( a help to a particular person, not a mate, but to help her husband to accomplish his God given purpose).
2. To promote her husband. Proverbs 31: 23
3. To feed her household. Proverb 31:15
4. Respect and reverence her husband. Ephesians 5:33
5. To be submissive to her husband not as a slave
6. To he obedience to her husband
The greatest mistake that Eve did at the garden of Eden was that she didn't get a clear grip on her specific assignment by replying the serpent rather than allow Adam to responded.
