CORRECTING AN ERROR
Correcting errors and addressing misconceptions is an essential aspect of personal and professional growth. For the church of Christ to stay focus and stand on the part of truth, errors and misconceptions must be addressed.However, the approach used to correct errors can significantly impact the outcome. Criticizing and fault-finding often lead to defensiveness, arguments, and further entrenchment of the error. In contrast, presenting the truth in a clear and respectful manner, alongside the error, exposes the falsehood and fosters a conducive environment for correction and learning.
